A: We live in a business culture that requires precision, accuracy combined with speed. Though customer’s needs vary, Formax typically processes work in less than 24 hours. However, it is possible to process work real-time as your project may allow. As with our quality, we guarantee our turnaround time commitments as well.

Who will I interface with throughout the relationship?
A: As with each customer, Formax will assign a Business Unit Manager (located here in the United States) to your company, who will provide day-to-day support to your program. No more hassle with foreign accents or international phone calls. Speed and professionalism is our promise!
